There is no known interaction between 50mg of 5-HTP (the likely intended supplement) and Vitamin B Complex. In fact, Vitamin B6 (pyridoxine) is often included in B complex supplements because it helps the body convert 5-HTP into serotonin.

Vitamin B6 acts as a 'helper' (cofactor) for the enzyme that turns 5-HTP into serotonin. Taking them together may actually make the 5-HTP more effective.
