There is no known interaction between 50mg of 5-HTP and Vitamin D. These two supplements work in different ways in the body and do not interfere with each other's absorption or effectiveness.

Why this happens
5-HTP is a precursor to serotonin (a brain chemical), while Vitamin D is a fat-soluble vitamin involved in calcium absorption and immune function. They are processed by different pathways in the body and do not have overlapping effects that would cause a conflict.
What you should do
