Can I take Abilify and Tylenol together?

There are no known significant interactions between Abilify (aripiprazole) and Tylenol (paracetamol). It is generally considered safe to take these two medications together at the recommended doses.

Why this happens

Abilify and Tylenol are processed by different pathways in the liver and do not interfere with how the other is absorbed, broken down, or removed from the body. They also work on different systems in the brain and body, so they do not increase each other's side effects.

You can take these medications together. Always follow the dosage instructions on the packaging for Tylenol, and do not exceed the maximum daily limit of paracetamol (usually 4000mg or 8 tablets of 500mg in 24 hours). If you have liver problems, consult your doctor before taking Tylenol.
