Can I take Amlodipine and Pantoprazole together?

Why this happens

Amlodipine (a calcium channel blocker for blood pressure) and pantoprazole (a proton pump inhibitor for stomach acid) are processed by different pathways in the body. They do not interfere with how each other is absorbed, broken down by the liver, or removed from the body.

You can continue to take both medicines as prescribed by your doctor. You do not need to separate the doses or change the timing of when you take them.
