There is no known interaction between apixaban and ezetimibe. These two medicines work in completely different ways and do not interfere with how the body processes each other.

Why this happens
Apixaban is an anticoagulant (blood thinner) processed mainly by specific liver enzymes (CYP3A4) and a transport protein (P-gp). Ezetimibe is a cholesterol-lowering medicine that works in the digestive tract and is processed through a different pathway (glucuronidation). Because they use different pathways, they do not compete or change each other's levels in the blood.
What you should do
