Both Cordyceps and Royal Sun (Agaricus blazei) are medicinal mushrooms that can thin the blood and lower blood sugar levels. Taking them together may increase the risk of bruising, bleeding, or your blood sugar dropping too low (hypoglycaemia).

If you have an upcoming surgery, stop taking both at least two weeks before the procedure. Consult your doctor if you are already taking prescribed blood thinners or diabetes medication.
