Taking pregabalin and Wellbutrin (bupropion) together can increase the risk of having a seizure. Both medications can also affect your central nervous system, which may lead to increased drowsiness, dizziness, or difficulty concentrating.

Why this happens
Bupropion is known to lower the 'seizure threshold', meaning it makes it slightly easier for a seizure to occur.
